Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days
The product is in its original packaging - The product isn't used or damaged. Products that do not meet these criterias will not be considered for return.
When returning or exchanging the product, please ensure a copy of your original order is inserted in the packaging with any extra instructions written clearly. Without this, we will not be able to process the return.
Please message us via email if you are planning on returning any product within the time limit, and we will be happy to discuss an exchange or refund. If returning shoes or slippers for a different size, please place a new order for the correct size and we will refund immediately the original order once received.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Forage Somerset.
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Orders placed are generally despatched within 2-3 workings days. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched during the week.
All our products are to be sent via First Class Royal Mail Signed for. (when sending faulty product back to us please.)
